The Walla Walla YMCA Youth & Government Delegation of is working together on a BIG Halloween Party to raise funds for Youth and Government and provide a fun, safe, place for high school students on Halloween.
We are currently seeking sponsors for the 2016 event. There are three sponsorship levels.
Event Lead Sponsors — $1,000
The event sponsors will anchor this community event and contribute toward the success of the Walla Walla YMCA Youth & Government Delegation.
The Youth & Government program allows high school students to serve in model governments at the local, state, national, and international levels. The program program currently operates in 38 states and Washington, DC. The organization was created in 1938 "help create the next generation of thoughtful, committed and active citizens" by teaching them the "principles of a democratic society." The premise is that "leaders are developed by doing.
Contest Sponsors — $250
There are three contest sponsorships available. We'll have a contest for costumes, makeup and pumpkins. The contest sponsors contribution will fund cash prizes of $100, $50 and $25 for each event. The contribution will also support this fun and safe event. We will recognize your contribution at the event and prominently on the website.
Event Sponsors — $100
Every event sponsor makes a huge contribution to the success of this fun and safe event. We will recognize your contribution at the event and on the website.
Media partners help us get the word out about the event. They assist with printing, distribution and support of our marketing effort.
